Each Spring, the Club hosts a vintage motorcycle bike show which is becoming increasingly popular. In 20076, we had a huge turnout in the rain. Awards are presented for numerous classes including Ducatis, Nortons, BMWs, Triumphs, Moto Guzzis, American, Japanese, Scooters, Competition models and others, depending on entries. Motorcycles are judged by a panel of club-members and by those in attendance. Beginning in 2006, several area motorcycle shops have offered trophies. Several expert restorers in the Midwest are usually present along with many completed projects and daily riders which make a spectacular display of art, design, craftsmanship, skill and creativity. The parking area is a show in itself.

Before the bike show, fliers are distributed to area motorcycle shops with a location map.

Even if you don't enter a motorcycle, this is a great destination event. It provides the opportunity to examine pristine examples of many seldom-seen motorcycles in a friendly, relaxed, open setting. Lunch is available along with demonstrations including custom wheel-building.

The 2008 bike show will be held at the Kansas Speedway, I-70 & 435 in Kansas City, KS Sunday June 22nd from 9am to 4pm. Five bucks gets you through the gate ($10 if you're an exhibitor or vendor).

Over 100 classic and vintage motorcycles are expected and will be displayed in an indoor garage in the infield of the Speedway. Up to 2,000 visitors are expected. There will be stunt riding exhibitions and food vendors.

See the photo section of this website for last year's event. All brands are welcome. If you own a great old motorcycle, contact one of our members below and bring it out for all to see.

Part of the event proceeds will benefit The Dream Factory, a wonderful Kansas City organization that helps terminally-ill children realize their favorite dreams.

Hop on that bike and motor out to one of the best events of its kind in the US.
